  I stayed in their Marina at 79th st bridge a few months. Its dirty, run down, owner doing inappropriate things on the front of his boat at night time with his male friends and our kids saw it. I should have filed a police report for his pants down. Then he steals our 12ft tender with his buddy from SeaTow and they make a claim that it was in operable for a made up story to collect on inflated $600 slip rent when he said it could be there for free, he ran a credit card with no authorization. Beware, I suggest any other Marina or charter company.
